Charles J. Giglio

President and COO

Charles, son of J.C. Giglio, began working with his dad at the age of 16. As is customary for all entering the family business, Charles made his debut in the warehouse. He learned the business by experiencing every aspect from repacking to unloading railcars and loading trucks for delivery.

In 1970, Giglio Distributing had 10 employees. Consequently, Charles, like his Dad, wore many hats. His jobs included warehouse manager, sales, and purchasing agent. 1974 was a banner year for Giglio Distributing. Miller High Life sales increased and Miller Lite was introduced to the market. Giglio Distributing was able to get rapid distribution on this new product due to great relationships in the market and outstanding service. Miller Lite became the number one beer in their market area. Enjoying their much earned success, in 1979 they built the office and warehouse that is currently the home of Giglio Distributing.

In 1985, Charles had the vision to diversify by adding a wine division that handled the brands of E & J Gallo Winery. Due to this large increase in products, Giglio doubled the size of their warehouse in 1987. Between 1987 and 1989, Charles thought it was increasingly important to expand his portfolio and began adding some imported brands, such as Guinness and Heineken. In 1990, Spirits were added to the Wine Division and Giglio began handling the brands of Sazerac Distillery.

In the spirit of continued growth and diversification, Giglio began acquiring other distributorships in 1995. Ironically, their first acquisition was Liberty County, the original county Mr. Giglio traded almost 50 years earlier. Many distributorships have been amassed over the years, including Longview '99, Mexia '06, Beaumont Coors '07, and Palestine '08. Giglio Distributing now has over 200 employees, a fleet of 40 tractor trailers, 30 light duty trucks, and services over 150 brands in 44 counties.

Julian Rayzor

Sales Manager

Starting full time in 1994 as a delivery driver, Julian has spent the last 24 years working in the beverage industry. Julian worked at Giglio Distributing from 1994 to 1999, where he stayed primarily in the wine and spirits department as a delivery driver, merchandiser, and then as a salesman.

In 1999, Julian went to work for The Gallo Winery in the Louisiana market. There he worked as a salesman before his promotion to district manager. Taking the great training he received at the Gallo Winery, he came back to work for Giglio Distributing in 2001.

To broaden his understanding of the beverage industry, Julian worked the Red Bull department as the Sales Manager over both Beaumont and Longview Branches. Shortly thereafter, Julian was moved to the On-Premise Sales Manager position for Giglio Distributing. After a few years, Julian transferred to Tyler to run the newly purchased Palestine branch as the Sales Manager.

Currently, Julian is the General Manager at the consolidated Tyler facility where he manages over 27 suppliers, which include Constellation, Heineken USA, Gambrinus, Boston Beer, and Mark Anthony to name but a few.

Larry Fleming

Sales Manager

Larry Fleming has more than 35 years’ experience in the beer industry, having served in many different positions. He currently serves as sales manager to Giglio Distributing in Tyler, Texas.

From 1980 to 1990, Larry worked with Golden Distributing in Denison, Texas and Wichita Falls, Texas for the Coors and Gallo brands. From 1990 to 2000, he worked with Tower Beverages of East Texas in the Longview and Nacogdoches area for the Miller Brewing Co. brands.

After Tower Beverage was purchased by the Giglio family in 1999, Larry moved into his new role with the company as sales manager and has been with Giglio Distributing ever since.

In his personal life, Larry is active in civic organizations in both the Tyler and Longview areas. He has three children and one grandchild.

Michael R. Jenkins, Jr.

Human Resources Manager

Michael R. Jenkins, Jr. is a graduate of Texas Christian University in Fort Worth Texas and of Monsignor Kelly Catholic High School in Beaumont. He began working in the warehouse of Giglio Distributing in high school and for Miller of Fort Worth Distributing during college.

Following graduation Michael was hired by Glazers Wholesale Beverage Company and completed the Gallo Beverage Academy. He returned to Beaumont in 2005 as the Sales/Order and Pricing Analyst for Giglio. In 2009 he was transferred to Longview to consolidate the sales operations of all distributorships acquired by Giglio in East Texas.

The formation of GG Distributing in 2013 was the partnership of Giglio Distributing and Glazers Wholesale Beer operations into existing East Texas locations. With company growth and acquisition of brands and distribution, Michael moved into Human Resources and remains in this position. Opportunity for growth in products, brands and territories are dependent on a strong team of people.

Michael and his wife Betsy, an East Texas native, have 2 sons, Bowen and Henry. He is an Eagle Scout with the Boy Scouts of America, an outdoorsman and active supporter of the East Texas community.

Michael Hays

Operations Manager

Michael Hays started his career in the beverage industry in 1994 as a delivery assistant for a Coors distributor in Palestine, Texas. Shortly after, he acquired his commercial drivers’ license and took a position as a driver sale route man.

In 1996, the Coors distributor convertor from a driver sales system to a presale system. Michael was promoted to the position of salesman. In 2001, he advanced into a newly-created manager position for the company.

In 2008, the Coors distributor was bought out by Giglio Distributing. Michael assumed a new role in the company as a chain account manager, serving in the position until 2015 when he was promoted to Operations Manager at the Palestine, Texas location.

In 2018, Giglio Distributing built a new facility in Tyler, Texas and consolidated three warehouses into one. Today, Michael works in the facility as the Operations Manager for GG Distributing in Tyler.

Rick Lemke

Chain Department Director

Rick Lemke, Chain Director for Giglio Distributing Company for over 27 years. With a 37 year career in the Beverage Industry, Rick began his career with Quality Beverage, 6 years in Wine & Sales and 4 years as Branch Manager in the Liquor Division. From there Rick transitioned to the beer industry making Giglio Distributing his new home as Area Sales Manager for 10 years. That experience led to Chain Department Director where he is currently positioned, providing leadership and management for the last 17 years.

Rick has a loving wife of 40 years, 2 children and 4 grandchildren.

Joey Daleo

N/A Sales Manager

Joey has 23 years of experience in the beverage industry. He began working for Giglio Distributing in the summer of 1995 as a delivery assistant. He was immediately drawn to the competitiveness of the business and decided to pursue it as a career. While attending Lamar University, Joey worked in the warehouse as a merchandiser and in delivery. Joey was promoted to wine sales in 1999 where he obtained the prestigious Gallo training. In 2001 he was promoted into beer sales, a position which he held until 2004.

In 2004 Joey went to work for Glazer’s as a District Sales Manager in the wine division. There he learned to effectively manage people and an extensive portfolio of brands. Joey returned to Giglio as an Area Sales Manager in 2006. In 2012 he was promoted to Red Bull Brand Manager.

In 2014 Giglio Distributing began to aggressively diversify its portfolio into the Non- Alcoholic segment. Joey was promoted to Non-Alcoholic Sales Manager for both Giglio and GG Distributing, a position which he currently holds. Joey manages 11 suppliers which compete in almost every category of the beverage industry.

Joey is married with 3 children. He enjoys watching his kids play sports, being outdoors and all types of hunting. He is also active in his community.

Jeff Eby

Merchandising Manager & Spirits Division Manager

Jeff Eby has 28 years of experience in the Beverage industry. He started his career in 1991 with Giglio Distributing company. There began in the On-Premise servicing bars, restaurants and night clubs. After making his mark, he was promoted to the Off- Premise side of the business. Jeff quickly became a top salesman and we soon promoted to Management. After 12 years of service with Giglio Distributing, Jeff had an opportunity to own and operate a Class B Liquor wholesaler. There he sharpened his knowledge of the retail side and also gained extensive knowledge of the liquor business. In 2017, Jeff returned to his roots with Giglio Distributing Company. With the company’s growth and Jeff’s knowledge, he began managing the Merchandising department, as well as the Spirits division for both Giglio Distributing Company and GG Distributing L.L.C.

Jeff is married with 3 daughters. He is also a proud graduate of Little Cypress Mauriceville & a member of the storied season of 1988 LCM Battlin’ Bears football team (Record 4-5). Jeff enjoys hunting, fishing and working outdoors.
